APPLE AND KNIFE adalah kumpulan cerita pendek Intan Paramaditha yang diterjemahkan oleh Stephen J. Epstein dan diterbitkan pertama kali di Australia (Maret 2018) oleh Brow Books, divisi penerbitan majalah sastra The Lifted Brow. Buku ini mencakup 11 cerpen yang diterbitkan di Indonesia dalam kurun waktu 2005-2010 serta satu cerpen baru yang belum pernah diterbitkan. Sebelas cerpen tersebut diambil dari Sihir Perempuan (KataKita 2005/ Gramedia Pustaka Utama 2017), kumpulan cerpen yang masuk ke dalam 5 besar Kusala Sastra Khatulistiwa tahun 2005, serta Kumpulan Budak Setan, antologi yang ditulis bersama Eka Kurniawan dan Ugoran Prasad (Gramedia Pustaka Utama 2010).
