Sihir Perempuan (Black Magic Woman) is the first book published by Intan Paramaditha in 2005. Short-listed for the Khatulistiwa Literary Award, Sihir Perempuan is a collection of 11 short horror stories about women: mothers, white-collared workers, porcelain dolls. What appear to be comfortable roles are terrorized by a dark landscape populated by wandering spirits, vampires, murderers.
